sadly there is not other way to creat a guild on your self with the system there are using now. so yea you got 2 options left. option 1: ask other players for help. or option 2: use 3 other PC's and also have 3 other accounts to do it your self. that are the only options you have now.You would need to get ANOTHER 50k conquest points, as a guild member, to qualify for the week end rewards.
